The first half of the Bathurst SuperFest may be complete the Repco Supercars Championship is ready to blast into life this weekend, but not all the action is restricted to on-track.
The Thrifty Bathurst 500 culminates the inaugural 10-day extravaganza, but first a family-orientated lead in begins on Wednesday, February 21st courtesy of the Supercars truck parade before it ramps up on Thursday as internationally acclaimed Australian children’s group The Wiggles take Centre Stage at the Russell Street Live Site on Thursday, February 22nd at 5pm AEDT.
Just like with the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour last week, four Supercars will participate in Track to Town at 6pm AEDT is followed by an all-in driver’s signing session at 6:15pm AEDT, with families encouraged to stay after The Wiggles performance to get an autograph.
Across the weekend, the SuperKids Zone will offer fun activities testing racing abilities, speed and reaction tests.
This is in addition to the Harris Park precinct at the circuit featuring food and beverage stalls, in addition to merchandise stores.
