Campbell Logan completes Tickford Racing Wildcard

Tickford Racing’s Wildcard driver line-up has been set after recent Super2 race winner Campbell Logan has been confirmed to partner Ben Gomersall at The Bend 500.

Logan joined the Tickford Autosport team in Super2 for this season and achieved his maiden second-tier race win at Darwin last round, will now make his main game debut at The Bend.

“There has been a lot of work over my career to get to an opportunity like this,” said Logan.

“Off the back of a round win in Darwin for Super2, I’m confident I’m ready to take the next step but I know it’ll be a massive learning experience.

“The Tickford Autosport program has been instrumental in my development this year having been able to lean on Frosty (Mark Winterbottom), (Thomas) Randle and (Cameron) Waters, which I’ll definitely be continuing leading into The Bend.

“I can’t thank my family, partners and Tickford Racing enough for getting me to this point. The hard work doesn’t stop here, it’s another step forward and I can’t wait to show what I can do in a Gen3 Mustang.”

Tickford Racing CEO Simon Brookhouse is excited to elevate another young driver from the team’s program into its Supercars line-up.

“To complete the wildcard program with a full Tickford Autosport lineup is fantastic and a testament to the driver talent we hold within the team,” said Brookhouse.

“Since joining the team Campbell has demonstrated the commitment to his craft and it was great to see him achieve the results he did in Darwin.

“He is well deserving of this opportunity and I have no doubt that utilising our experienced main game drivers will give him the best chance to get the most out of this wildcard entry.

“We are very excited to have Ben and Campbell paired up for the opening race of the Ryco Enduro Cup and will be looking to give them the best opportunity to go well come September.”

Tickford Racing will elevate another driver into its Supercars program when Ruben Goodall joins Thomas Randle for the Ryco Enduro Cup.
